The owner was super friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The apartment was huge, with a balcony overlooking the sea. I highly recommend this place!

No elevator: Keep in mind, there's no elevator at this lovely hotel. However, with just two floors to navigate, the absence of an elevator hardly posed a problem.
